Senior Business Analyst / System Analyst (Sr. BA/SA)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, process flows, use cases, and system design documents.
• Work closely with development teams to design and deliver scalable and efficient system solutions.
• Perform system analysis, including data flow analysis, database design review, and interface specifications.
• Analyze and troubleshoot data issues by writing SQL queries and reviewing stored procedures.
• Investigate, validate, and reconcile large volumes of data to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Participate in solution design discussions involving Microservices Architecture and system integration requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business users, developers, QA teams, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support system testing activities, including test scenario preparation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment activities.
• Provide functional and technical consultation to stakeholders and ensure solutions align with business objectives and technical standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications (FSD), process flows, and system documentation.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 7+years of experience in both Business Analysis (BA) and System Analysis (SA)
• Strong understanding of business processes and technical system design
• Experience with ERP HR systems, particularly Time Attendance and Payroll modules
• Proficient in SQL, including writing queries, troubleshoting data issues, and analyzing Store Procedures
• Ability to investigate and validate large volumes of data.
• Good understanding of Microservices Architecture and system integration concepts
• Able to work closely with business users and technical teams
