Senior System Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead the analysis and design of complex business requirements and translate them into clear system requirements and technical solutions..
• Gather requirements from users and stakeholders, analyze business processes, and propose effective system solutions.
• Prepare detailed System Specification, Data Model, Process Flow, and other system design documents.
• Work closely with Developers to clarify requirements and provide technical guidance during development.
• Support System Testing and UAT to ensure the system meets business requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate with business users, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the project.
• Identify system issues and recommend appropriate solutions to improve system performance and functionality.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor Degree or Higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• 8 years or more of experience as a System Analyst or related role in IT projects.
• Strong experience in System Analysis and System Design..
• Able to gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into system requirements.
• Experience creating System Specification, Data Model, Process Flow, and other technical documentation.
• Good understanding of Database and SQL.
• Experience working closely with Developers and Business Users.
• Experience supporting System Testing and UAT.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
