Perform manual testing for web applications, APIs, interfaces, batch jobs, reports, and data validation.
Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and prepare test documentation.
Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Validate data using SQL and investigate data discrepancies.
Provide production/application support, investigate incidents, and troubleshoot application issues.
Analyze logs, identify root causes, and coordinate with Development, Infrastructure, Vendors, and Business teams until issues are resolved.
Support SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, Release Validation, and production deployment activities.
Track defects and incidents using ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
3-4+ years of experience in Manual Testing, System Testing, QA, Application Support, or Production Support.
Strong experience in Manual Testing and Test Case/Test Scenario creation.
Hands-on experience with API Testing (Postman or similar tools).
Good SQL skills for data validation and issue investigation.
Experience supporting Production incidents and troubleshooting system issues.
Ability to analyze logs and identify whether issues relate to application, database, infrastructure, network, or external systems.
Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
Good command of English.
