• Provide systems support services to meet customer demand for the resolution of incidents, problems, service requests and business improvement initiatives. • Provide accurate delivery estimates for work to be performed. • Comply with appropriate policy and guidelines specified within department’s Project Management, Systems Development, Solutions Architecture and Service Management frameworks. • Research new technologies, solutions, better practice methodologies to improved quality of custom development solution. • Develop SharePoint Solutions to solve business requirements. • Develop custom workflows using SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio. • Develop custom SharePoint UI follow website design • Work independently on designing, development, test and maintenance SharePoint services. • Take complete ownership of assigned tasks (incidents, changes, problems, initiatives, projects, etc.). Coordinate & execute with constant communication to all stakeholders at all steps
