System Engineer(ITS)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Provide front line IT support to customers and ensure that support are dealt with promptly and appropriate. - Provide technical support requests from helpdesk for all PC hardware, software and associated peripherals and escalating to 2nd tier when necessary. working continuously on a task until completion - Log update support calls and document their outcome to facilitate the resolution of common queries. - Monitoring and logging follow check list and escalated to related party if necessary. - Maintain existing Hardware, Software, peripheral and configurations to standard by perform upgrades, new installation and carry out standard routine procedure. - Provide pro-actively information to users on the progress of outstanding issues - Install and configure OS and/or application software to agreed standard / solution. - Compilate, maintenance and updated of an accurate inventory of Hardware and Software including technical documentation, guideline and procedure. - Liaise with colleagues in all Directorate Support and Technical Development teams to ensure continuity of service for all clients. - Provide at all times a professional, courteous and rapid response to clients. - Maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job, participate in appropriate training activities and encourage and support staff in their development and training. - following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system; - Able to travel and standby at client site and work as shift

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor Degree Major IT/ Computer Engineer or Related Field - Thai Nationality only - Experience 0 - 3 Years - High responsibility, quick learning, self-confidence and work under pressure. - Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. - Good personality and service mind. - Good command in English should be advantage. - Able to travel upcountry - Positive Thinking - Work effectively under pressure
