-Draft, Review and Revise a variety of business contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments both in Thai and English. -Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of legal activities with respect to legal and commercial matters -Conduct the researches and the reports on legal matters with minimal supervision -To secure compliance of business operations with relevant laws and regulations -Liaise, coordinate, and handle related matters with the Government agencies and relevant external sources -Maintain and protect the intellectual property affairs of the company -Any other duties as required or assigned by Supervisor.

-Bachelor's degree in Law or higher -3 - 5 years of legal work experience in corporate -Hold a Lawyer's License -Hold a Notarial Services Attorney's License -Ability to draft and review agreement/contract in both English and Thai -Ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines -Ability to multitask and work under pressure -Good command in computer skills
