IT Director

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Set up and develop plans, strategies, policies, and overall ideas about IT solution and application, including annual budget and operating cost to align with organizations policies, security and objectives
• Initiate and propose guidelines and development plans in new Information Technology processes to support business needs
• IT Asset Control
• Work with the management team to provide implementation plans for future strategic. requirements and assist in long-term decision and planning
• Able to multi-task and prioritize workload supporting multiple projects
• Provide day-to-day supervision, conduct performance appraisals, and delegate work assignments for all IT personnel

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 7 to 10 years of relevant IT experience that shows consistent progression, and at least 5 years hands-on technology and team leadership experience
• Understand software and application development and management
• Knowledge of programming language
• Good knowledge of database design and data analysis
• Good knowledge of network and server systems including Kubernetes clouds platform
• Strong project management skills
• Strong leadership, people-management, and culture-enablement capabilities that ultimately strengthens the organization
• Strong communication, collaboration, and change management skills
• Good command in English for all reading, writing, listening and speaking
