Senior Marketing Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Develop strong brand planning, Annual Operational Plan (AOP) with in-depth market analysis • Disciplinarily execute on brand plan including prioritize and well manage key milestones/timeline, update brand performance and build actions for improvement. Able to lead and execute campaign communication and determine media mix on all channels; from online to offline activity by partnering with multi-agencies to ensure impact and integrated launch plan • Analyze market trends, competitor and gain key consumer insight to apply it strategically in practice to maximize opportunity for growth • Manage end to end projects, including stakeholder management, project timeline and campaign execution with proactive collaboration internally across teams and externally with agencies • Lead the creation of content, sales materials, messaging and case studies that position the strengths of our Alternative Protein brand for both B2B and B2C customers • Track Product Performance – business KPIs & consumer KPIs while working closely with trade & sales team • Work cross-functionally with sales, trade marketing, R&D, supply chain; to develop NPDs and their product strategy along with go-to-market strategies. • Support Sales team to communicate directly with Key Account customers to help close deal with key account customers

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree or Master's Degree with 2-3 years’ experience in Marketing or related field • Resilient work well under pressure and agility to response under complexity • Ability to speak and write in Thai and English fluently. • Computer literature in Microsoft Office • Digital savvy and deeply understand digital marketing landscape end to end • Positive, assertive with exceptional ‘soft skills’ to enable delivery through high degrees of collaboration and partnership across multifunctional teams
