หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - To maintain the Career Development System: Potential Evaluation, Key Strategic Position - To develop a new Organization Development (OD) System followed by the inquiries such as IDP, Competency Evaluation System, Betagro People Strategy Roadmap Dash Broad, Knowledge Management (KM), etc. - To monitor and create reports related with OD, for example, PE Report, KSP Report, Successor Planning Report, Talent Management Report, Career Management Report, Knowledge Management Report, etc. - To develop tools for Data Analysis and OD Improvement - To create a new channel to effectively promote the Organizational Development and Career Management (CM) by using Social Medias (Website, Board, Forum), Intranet, Dash Board, etc. - To coordinate between with an end-user and a programmer as a technical translator to gather the requirements and clearly communicate with a programmer for creating the workflow process and summarizing the relater issue for any matter with an end-user. - Any required project is assigned by a manager.

• - experience in Develop HR System Tools - Can analysis, design coding test, maintenance program in HTML, PHP, MS SQL, Oracle etc.
