Role & Responsibility • Identify and follow-through on business opportunities for portfolio customers to increase their spending at Makro • Lead a high-functioning by ensuring store CD Team to achieve KPIs • Coach CDOs to work effectively by ensuring the implementation of account and visit plans. • Visit high priority customers and go in field to understand and communicate market trends and realities to HQ • Ensure the implementation of store market opportunity model initiatives. • Collaborate with ASGM to achieve store and CD Team KPIs and ensure operation excellence. • Demonstrated ability to drive sales through the actions of others. • Supervisory experience in sales and customer service of a retail or B2B wholesale organization • Previous sales experience with track record of achieving set KPIs • Team and collaboration across stakeholders in store and HQ.
