Accounting Officer (AR&AP)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Prepare and work in accountant payment - Record accounting transactions into system properly - Perform tasks relevant to company taxation (VAT, WHT, and CIT and etc.) - Prepare A/P invoice to both internal and external customers - Follow up and Collect Outstanding Accounts Payment - Responsible for Account Payable for all expenses and suppliers - Checking documents from suppliers, employees regarding advancement and expense claim and all expenses reimbursement, before processing the payment - Prepare AP reconciliations and AP aging report - Prepare journal adjustment for relevant transactions - Assist with the month-end close process, AP accruals, and special projects, as required. Perform other related tasks as assigned
