• Service Desk Support (Helpdesk Position), First Tier. • Interface with multiple levels of user to provide technical assistance and support. • Performs identifying, repairing and resolving technical issue regarding basic computers, software, printers, mobility devices and tech tools. • Provides PC/Laptop setup/maintenance and software installation. • Provides preventive maintenance of IT equipment in responsible site. • Maintain spared IT equipment and new computer controlling. • Performing asset inventory activities as needed (tracking and deploying IT assets) by requested from IT Onsite Supervisor. • Submit all daily support activities to helpdesk for issuing tickets. • Ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork. • Coordinate to network troubleshooting and report to OSI team. • Performs other duties as assigned by IT onsite supervisor.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field • Knowledge of Windows 7, MS office 2010, Hardware/Software Installation, VPN, and Technical Support experience for problem solving • Have excellent communication skill. • Be able to communicate in English
