PROJECT Control and Automation Consultant (4 months contract)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Roles: - Automation consultant - Direct report to Project manager and indirect report to Automation manager Scope of work: - Working with Automation team to review and manage the progress of detailed design package. - Provide supervision on detailed design to vendor (e.g. Hardware design, Architecture design, Programming). - Ensure the quality of Automation detailed design EI package deliverables from Vendor including BOM, IDBTF, M&EDL;, SLD, Elementary Drawing and TT&T package. - Lead shake-down activities related to electrical system (e.g. Off-shore control panel/ MCC panel fabrication) - Ensure the right system delivery according to design and support start-up by providing - Supervision for installation & construction. - Monitor & Supervise vendor activity in daily basis ensuring technical correctness. - Provide support during system start up and post start-up issue list identification.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Understand the standard Company automation documentation and deliverable. - Advance knowledge of Standard Technology such as SCADA, HMI, Wonderware and Rockwell Software. - Knowledge on Schedule management - Fundamental Understanding on P&ID;, Electrical Drawings, and other forms of Layout Drawings. - Basic Understanding on Startup Process - Good English communication skills - Understanding in dairy production
