Technical Customer Service (1 year renewable contract)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Cooperate with Sales team by providing professional technology support and maintaining good cooperation relationship with customers - Follow and check the product & process flow by providing process improvement and service for customers - Recommend the suitable products according to customer requirements as well as doing test for customers - Deal with customer complaints - Provide technology training for customers to ensure product knowledge be clearly understood - Provide technical and technology information in monthly meeting for all related parities - Conduct lab test and prepare chemical - Supervise team members to ensure that assigned tasks are completely done by meeting operational standard

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or other related fields - Minimum 1 year work experience - Good command of English - Energetic, autonomy and initiative individual with good analytical and conceptual thinking - Teamwork spirit and cooperation - Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
