• Provide technical expertise to support the team and end users, analysing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, installing, implementing, and resolving the IT Hardware and Software related problems in response to end user reported incidents and requests • Resolve support tickets in a fast and professional manner

• Bachelor degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Information Systems or IT related fields • 1-3 years’ experience in IT Support • Basic knowledge of networking, server and computer service • Familiar with Windows Operating System 7, iPad and iPhone • Good command of English (speaking and writing skill is a must) • Good communication and interpersonal skills, flexible and service-minded • Self-motivated and teamwork, able to work with support team from Oversea
