หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Coordinate with Chinese Staff who is working in Thailand and abroad -Issue documents which related to import-export equipment such as invoice/packing list -Manage with the inventory control -Prepare documents in English language to support Chinese staff -Issue Purchasing Order -Coordinate with Logistic Company for import and export. -Booking flight ticket and hotel for Chinese staff -Other tasks as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Thai Nationality - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field - Strong in analytical, problem solving, structural thinking - Good command of both written and spoken English - Know how to written and spoken Chinese would be an advantage - Good computer skills in Ms. Word & Excel as a minimum with good typing skills - Pleasant manner with ability to think quickly, remain calm and handle situations under pressure. - Positive thinking and able to work under pressure - Experienced in import and export equipment - Willing to work for overtime if needed - Fresh graduate is welcome
