• Job Summary This position is responsible for ensuring the Company has the optimum contracted Terms & conditions in place in order to position itself as the market leader & developing relations with suppliers so that Hotelbeds Accommodation & Destination Services is their preferred wholesaler. Job Description  Negotiate the commercial agreements with both new suppliers and contract renewals. Conditions include the rate, inventory, offers, deposits, release periods, marketing contributions, marketing overrides, cancellation policy, credit terms, pricing model etc.  Act as the key point contact for Hotel suppliers to maintain the relationship for contracting, operational, commercial or financial activities.  Maintain & expand the supplier portfolio in terms of selection & quantity.  Promote the comercial opportunities available to suppliers, graphic banners, sponsorship, product placement & extranet usage.  Identify and monitor contractual obligation to ensure that compliance is achieved (customer service standards, data protection, etc) and that the risks associated with any non-compliance are addressed as appropriate.  Manage, train & develop the performance of the contracts team ensuring the delivery of the departmental responsibilities & objectives (loading contracts, inventory checks etc).  Conduct site visits and attend trade shows and workshops to promote the companies values.  Provide on-site demonstrations with suppliers on how to manage the SWS.  Responsible for the internal destination contracting report (product status, yielding activities etc).  Responsible for projects implementation and support within the suppliers for the assigned destination. Qualification  Aged between 26 – 35 years old.  Graduated in Hotel and Travel management, Liberal Arts, Humanities or related field.  Having experience more than 4 years in contracting hotel and travel agency environment.  Must have been working in Travel agent and having good Knowledge in Tourism Industry and Customer services  Proficient in relevant computer application.  Exhibit high tolerance for people who may be complaining, or seeking a solution to their problem  Good Negotiator  Confident, positive attitude  Adaptive to change and flexible  Good Command of English language Spoken and Written
