Destination Sales Executive

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • To provide destination knowledge, to handle customer relations and to deal with TO accounts and/or markets independently if/when needed. Daily tasks and responsibilities include: • To target and to develop new markets and to acquire and to manage new accounts- especially from Asian source markets. • To work independently and without supervisionto help set up a product line/programme • To help assess and communicate internal offering and external needs • Responsible for itinerary and planning of customer FAM trips, inspection trips, VIP trips • To help produce and analyze destination and product statistics • To help communicate new product opportunities, special developments, information to customers • To help follow up on new leads, quotations and referrals • To support Reservations, Product and Operations in handling general customer issues and complaints • To help coordinate amongst clients and internal departments on new and existing products in terms of rates, amendments, new developments, renewals and general product information • To help communicate customer feedback and discussing customer related projects and improvements with all teams Skills & Qualifications: • Thai Nationality • Advanced knowledge and understanding of Tour Operation, international Tourism and DMC Business • Relevant experience in a DMC, B2B or B2C business a plus • Good understanding of travel industry trends and distribution models • Analytical and detail-oriented skills, ability to prepare and follow up on periodical reports • Experience in calculation, pricing & yielding role in the travel industry is a plus • Advanced skills in MS Office programs, especially MS Excel • Good communication and negotiation skills • Be a passionate, flexible, creative team player with the right “Can Do” attitude
