หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Role: Arranging job schedule for guides and vehicles Preparing tour documents Providing tour information to customers and solving occurred problems Follow up the weekly zoning for the REP and actively coordinate with Business Development Manager for improvement/changes Be the one point of contact for ALL FIT REPs for operation needs (including JETAIR) in Phuket and in Khao Lak Actively check on ATLAS booking information and add on any remark when needed Coordinate with Operations Team in case of booking amendment or special requests Prepare the welcome pack and supervise the stationary stock Qualification: Good command of English, written and spoken Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Pivot tables and filters Comfortable using outlook express Able to handle different tasks simultaneouslyVery well organized Bachelor’s Degree in any fields Able to work in shift Able to work under pressure, tight deadline and flexible hour "CAN DO" attitude and positive thinking Pro-active, responsibility, service-minded and good team player Good interpersonal skill, mature and pro-active Interested applicants, please urgently send your CV stating expected salary, and a recent photo to: Human Resources Department Hotelbeds (Thailand) Ltd. 511 Soi Sri Ayuthaya 6, Sri Ayuthaya Road, Bangkok 10400, Thailand Email: hrth@hotelbeds.com Tel: 66 2 245 1551 Fax: 66 2 245 6154
