• Customer Service Night shift Salary: Negotiable Responsibilities - Manage large team of messengers plus two assistants to ensure 300+ daily on-time deliveries of meals and groceries - Handle all customer inquiries with grace and excellence. Turn complainers into fans. - Plan delivery routes and support sales Requirements - fully bi-lingual Thai/English (cannot distinguish from native on the phone) - 1+ years experience as a customer service team - You have great focus and an efficient work style.
