• Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef Salary depending on experience in high end catering or international cuisine kitchen Responsibilities: 1. Lead our kitchen team by example with sleeves rolled up to produce high quality international meals according to the Paleo diet 2. Calculate exact quantities to order and maintain accurate recipes, and review purchase orders and wastage reports to ensure just enough is ordered Requirements: 1. You are hardworking and a perfectionist who wants to always keep improving 2. You can organise a highly efficient catering operation where everyone is productive 3. You know how to analyze wastage and how to implement solutions to prevent it 4. You have excellent taste buds to balance any sauce, dressing or garlic mousse 5. You have extensive experience in international cuisine and you can make salads & Mediterranean dishes that are to die for 6. You are a Thai citizen 7. Fluent in English (ie. you lived abroad or went to an international school) Working Hours & Benefits: - 8.30am to 7pm, Sunday to Friday - Office in middle of Thonglo, Bangkok - 3 weeks of holidays - 1 month annual bonus
