• Responsibilities - Manage large team of messengers plus two assistants to ensure 300+ daily on-time deliveries of meals and groceries - Handle all customer inquiries with grace and excellence. Turn complainers into fans. - Plan delivery routes and support sales Requirements - fully bi-lingual Thai/English (cannot distinguish from native on the phone) - 1+ years experience as a customer service team - You have great focus and an efficient work style. You get things done fast. - You have great interpersonal skills and can manage a delivery team of 20+ staff - You are fast and efficient in excel or google sheets

• 1) Customer Service Officer / เจ้าหน้าที่ลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ (full time, 19,000-25,000 baht a month) PaleoRobbie is looking for a confident coordinator who can provide our customers an excellent customer service. We need someone who is motivated, organized and amazing at creating relationships with clients. There is definitely room for growth within our company for the right candidate. The candidate must be able to converse in English easily and speak Thai fluently. They will work from Paleo Robbie's office in Thong Lor from Monday to Friday, and every other Saturday (12:00 - 21:00).
