Reservation Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Description: • Make reservations with hotels, local suppliers and restaurants • Send job lists to transportation providers and other suppliers • Input all service details into the reservation system and issue vouchers • Take and respond to reservations via telephone, email and other communication channels in a professional manner • Communicate with Head Office Teams to ensure smooth operations and reservations • Brief guides in detail for each trip • Follow up on day-to-day reservation tasks • Complete department tasks as assigned • Provide general support in reservation department concerns Qualifications: • Thai nationality • Good command of both spoken and written English • French speaking and writing skills is a plus • Good computer literacy: MS Outlook, MS Office • Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work in a team • Willingness to communicate and work with foreign nationals Desirable traits: • Pro-active thinker in reservation and operational matters • Good problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask • Ability to negotiate with suppliers • Ability to work under pressure • Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently
