หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Reporting to the Marketing Head, the Content Marketing Specialists responsibilities will include; • Developing and managing content strategies on Paid, Owned and Earned channels, including the writing of long-form and short-form copy, and captions • Managing and Growing our Social Media subscribers, followers, likes and engagements • Managing publishing of content on our various Social Media accounts • Building organic content strategies, plans, and calendars for our channels across paid, owned and earned media channels for various businesses • Managing Social Media tools and platforms, ensuring we remain abreast of trends • Managing external 3rd party content providers, incl. influencers, bloggers etc • Developing content marketing plans with external partners for editorials, advertorials and other sponsored content, including PR • Developing and managing real-time content schedules, thus allowing us to know what content is needed, for whom, in what format, when, and for what channel • Remain abreast of existing and emerging digital content formats • Developing messaging, communication and content strategies for our businesses • Managing copy, translation and overall content and design quality control for the business • Regularly plan and lead internal workshops on Content Marketing and Social Media Key Performance Indicators • Creativity and Error free Copywriting • Share of Voice and Engagement improvements for all our Social Media Accounts • On-time content delivery and publishing • Maintaining Dashboards and tracking of key metrics across all platforms

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications and Experience • Undergrad Degree in Marketing Management and / or PR / Journalism • Experience with office tools eg. Excel, PP as well as Online collaboration tools is required • 5 years multi-format copywriting experience, with proven omni-channel writing experience • 2-3 years Social Media Marketing Experience using Social Media Marketing platforms and tools • Digital Advertising, Social Media Marketing and SEO Certifications will be a plus • Native English language skills (Read, Write, Speak) • An agile working mindset, with an ability to multi-task
