• 1. Data Analysis: • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify sales trends, patterns, and opportunities. • Utilize statistical methods and tools to draw meaningful insights from sales reports. • Competitor & market analysis 2. Forecasting: • Develop sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors. • Assist in setting sales targets and goals for the sales team. 3. Reporting: • Generate regular sales reports and dashboards for management and sales teams. • Communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to help the team understand their performance. • Prepare Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly Sales Reports for GM 4. Market Research: • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. • Provide analysis and recommendations based on market research to support sales strategies. 5. Sales Performance Evaluation: • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives. • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize sales performance. 6. Sales Planning: • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic plans and initiatives. • Provide input on pricing strategies, product positioning, and market segmentation. 7. Database Management: • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. • Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track and manage sales activities. 8. Communication: • Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to gather relevant data and insights. • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner. 9. Training and Support: • Support Training Manager to train sales team on tools, processes, and data interpretation. • Offer insights to help the team improve their sales strategies and achieve targets.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, statistics, computer science or a related field. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills are essential. Sales Analysts need to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights. • Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools. • Knowledge of statistical analysis software can also be beneficial. • Experience in sales forecasting and the ability to identify patterns and trends to predict future sales outcomes. • Effective communication skills are essential for presenting findings and recommendations to the sales team and other stakeholders. • Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, marketing, and other departments to gather relevant data and insights. • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and provide innovative solutions. • Meticulous attention to detail is crucial when dealing with large datasets to ensure accurate analysis. • Conducting market research to identify opportunities and threats and staying informed about industry trends and consumer behavior. • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other technology used in the sales process as well as MS Office (Excel/ PowerPoint/ Word)
