หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Oversee the daily operations of the application support team, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests related to our software applications and systems. • Manage, mentor, and develop application support and develop team members and providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. • Oversee the full software development life cycle, from requirements analysis and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. • Manage and be responsible for development of IT project and MB Roll out. • Act as a bridge between IT and business users to ensure effective communication and understanding of business demand and requirements. • Communicate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and management regarding support activities, issue status, and resolution timelines. • Identify opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and optimization to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of support activities. • Evaluate and assess technology products/services to provide the best practice for business.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• เน้นมีประสบการณ์ Power Bi หรือ Power App • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Technology Management, or related field. • 4+ years of experience in software development, IT support, project management, and business analysis • Experience and understand in the retail automotive industry, car dealership operations and process. • Work in Dealer management Software tool, Salesforce CRM • Knowledge in project management methodology • Experience with SQL Server and MySQL and database activities relevant to application development. • Experience with Microsoft's Power Platform. Power BI • Familiarity in programming languages (e.g., PHP, React.js,JAVA) is a plus. ต้องผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารหรือได้รับการยกเว้นทหาร
