Management Trainee

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Rotation & On-the-Job Training: Gain hands-on experience by rotating through various departments (e.g., Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, Finance&Accounting, CRM, HR) for designated periods to understand end-to-end business processes.
• Project Management: Take ownership of assigned special projects aimed at solving critical business pain points, improving operational efficiency, or driving innovation.
• Problem Solving & Analysis: Gather data, analyze complex problems, and present strategic solutions or process improvements to the management team.
• Learning & Development: Actively participate in continuous learning programs designed to enhance both technical (Hard Skills) and interpersonal (Soft Skills) competencies.
• Shadowing & Mentoring: Work closely with senior executives and designated mentors to receive continuous feedback and coaching.
• Performance Evaluation: Prepare and deliver presentations on key learnings, project outcomes, and personal development at the end of each rotation phase.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Master’s degree in any field with a minimum GPA of 3.50
• Age not exceeding 28 years
• Minimum TOEIC score of 600 or IELTS score of 5.5
• Professional appearance with strong communication skills
