• Maintain nationwide salesmen (PC) database • On ground training for salesmen (PC), dealer of Jaymart, TG, Big-C, Lotus or shop manager to enhance LG Mobile product knowledge and strengthen relationship • Handle monthly new product presentation to new salesmen (PC) • Exam and evaluate salesmen (PC) to set sales skill for achievement • Train product to salesmen (PC) by monthly both Bangkok and upcountry • Monitor and track salesmen (PC) expense and performance
