หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• follow up promptly inquiries , conducting quotations and coordinating orders
• follow up promptly sales opportunities internally and externally
• handle and resolve promptly complaints and remarks
• obtain and evaluate all relevante information in order to service and handle inquiries
• process orders , forms , application and requests
• record detail of inquiries, comments and complaints
• communicate and coordinate with internal team that supports both direct and re sellers sales channels

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor degree in science / marketing
• relevant experience within the industry
• establish and maintain good working relationship with clients and internal teams (also overseas )
• good command in english both spoken and written
• self dependent team player
• pro active and service minded
• Technical creativity
