หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS To handles all the emails about reservation and inquiries. To handles all group tours/ conventions from the initial blockage to their checkout. To keep update all agent and prosper for new one. To records all reservations neatly and accurately on prescribed forms. Handle OTA and Channel Manager COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES To provide the strategic vision for maximum sales generation and optimal revenue growth To Solicit new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication. To create marketing programs to build awareness of the property and attract walk-ins To implement social media marketing programs to further build awareness To design and implement Promotional programs to increase volume and build repeat business

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• High School Graduate Minimum of 5 years experience as a reservation supervisor Fluency in English both verbal and written Ability to input and access information in the property management system Computer basic Familiarity with yield management and forecasting Position open to Thai National only
