Talent Acquisition Officer (Telesales Motor/Non-Motor)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' s qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinating with Hiring Managers and Managing relationship with Recruitment Agencies
• Managing Recruitment Processes: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to welcoming/onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience on the first day.
• Maintaining Candidate Databases: Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and statuses within the Recruitment Tracking Sheet, onboarding and offboarding form.
• Manage contract agreement and Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and company policies.
• Other Tasks: Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager or Department Head such as internal staff activities etc.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment role.
• Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and hiring managers.
