• <div><u><b>Responsibility:</b></u></div> <ul> <li>Preparing installations, upgrades and testing for efficiency on customer system</li> <li>Communicating with customers to establish details of problems/requirements</li> <li>Investigating and resolving customer problems</li> <li>Submit clear details including samples to defect tracking system</li> <li>Proactively communicate with clients and closely follow-up on issues</li> <li>Identify new opportunities for sales/services and provide lead information to customers</li> <li>Working with other teams in the company to resolve technical problems</li> </ul> <div><b><u>Qualification:</u></b></div> <ul> <li>Male, aged 22 - 28 years</li> <li>Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, Telecommunication , or any related field.</li> <li>Certificate of MCP or MCSA or MCSE or CCNA is required.</li> <li>Experienced in installation, repairing, renovation.</li> <li>Skill and knowledge of Computer Network and IT Connectivity is a must.</li> <li>Good communication, coordination and service mind.</li> <li>Have own vehicle and driving license.</li> <li>Able to work in Bangkok and upcountry.</li> </ul>
