ENGINEER MANAGER

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Accountability for the successful execution of all of the engineering work, include budget, schedule and quality responsibility. <br> - Development and implementation of the execution strategy, automation plans, KPI, Cost Estimation and New Product Updated. <br> - Approves Engineering equipment specifications and prepares and manages the Capital Budget for equipment purchases. <br> - Work with customers on new model and current production concerns. <br> - Coordinate with manufacturing to reduce scrap, improve productivity, and repair equipment downtime issues. <br> - Troubleshoot part quality issues in production activities. <br> - Interface with customer and supplier on scrap reduction issues.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• <ul> <li><b>Male aged 35 up&nbsp;</b></li> <li><b>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanic, Industrial Engineer or any related field.</b></li> <li><b>Min. 5 years experienced in automotive assembly background.</b></li> <li><b>Ability in AutoCad is advantage</b></li> <li><b>Strong knowledge of costing and accounting is must.</b></li> <li><b>Strong verbal and written English&nbsp;</b></li> </ul>
