Construction Manager (Thai/Japanese/Expat.)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• v Oversee the construction project from start to finish. v Ensure that construction activities move according to predetermined schedule. v Devise the project work plans and make revisions as and when need arises. v Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed. v Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking if team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project v Create the teams, develop the objectives/goals of each and assign individual responsibilities. v Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and laborers. v Serve as a key link with the clients and review the deliverable prepared by the team before passing onto client.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• <div>&sect;<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Male only, aged 45 years up.</div> <div>&sect;<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Japanese Native Speaker or other expat is welcome.</div> <div>&sect;<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in civil engineering or any related field.</div> <div>&sect;<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management is an added advantage.</div> <div>&sect;<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Capacity to motivate, lead and boost morale of the teams with effective time management and logical decision-making ability.</div> <div>&sect;<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Excellent in both English and Japanese -communication and written.</div>
