Customer Service Engineer-Laboratory

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Ownership of all technical account management delivery and service reporting - Perform functional system inspections and repairs - Maintain customer service logs and internal service records / reports - Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction - Maintain tools and test equipment properly and ensuring they are calibrated - Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues and conducting root cause analysis that will lead to effective problem solving - Provide efficient service delivery to all accounts with assigned area

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• <p align="left" style="margin-left:43.1pt;">- &nbsp;Bachelor Degree in biomedical engineering, Electronics or any related filed.</p> <p align="left" style="margin-left:43.1pt;">- &nbsp;1-3 years experienced in medical services.</p> <p align="left" style="margin-left:43.1pt;">- &nbsp;Product knowledge (certified) in Laboratory, Microobiology, Chemistry, Automation, etc. is a must.</p> <p style="margin-left:43.1pt;">- &nbsp;Fluent in Communication and written in English.&nbsp;</p>
