Head of Service & Maintenance

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Arrange and organize everything pertaining to their field of service and ensure all operation procedure been followed by every team concerned.<br> - Resolve the customer questions and complains by analyzing the situation with great efficiency.<br> - Liaison between different departments in order to maintain coordination between different departments.<br> - Soliciting the sales of all types of services.<br> - Ensure with product development, engineering, technical and all operational in equipment service & maintenance being followed efficiency appropriately.<br> - Conduct and administer fiscal operation, including accounting, budget, expenditure and financial.<br> - Direct or conduct recruitment, hiring and training of personnel.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• <ul> <li>Bachelor degree or higher in Medical Technology or related filed.</li> <li>Min. 4 years-Service Management experienced in Laboratory Diagnostic Equipment.</li> <li>Problem-solving, negotiation, customer-oriented and well-organized.</li> <li>Good command of English, both written &amp; spoken skills.</li> </ul>
