Assistant Operation Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Assist Operations Manager in supervising daily operations of organization. - Develop productive, profitable and achievement oriented working environment for employees. - Supervise. Develop, Maintain and Recommend operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services on each project appropriated. - Oversee operational cost, risk and audit activities. - Perform routine maintenance and repair works for equipment. - Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements. - Generate operational reports for management as needed.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor degree or higher in Electronics or related filed. - Min. 3 years experienced in Agriculture Equipment Business. - Confident, motivated, good communication, persistent and strong leadership. - Good command of English, both written & spoken skills.
