- Understand new requirements and propose business & system solutions for implementation - Work with different business groups and interfacing systems to coordinate the business and system solutions to the production problems - Review new production issues (problems, incidents) assigned to the application support group - Ensure that sufficient information is available with each ticket to proceed with the analysis and resolution - Coordinate business approval of production migrations (release entry framework to be extended). - Facilitate the hand-off of new release functionality from the development team to the Application support team - Monitor production capacity and storage for the application and take corrective action.

- Male/female age 30 - 40 - Bachelor Degree in Computer science or any related field. - Min. 5 years experienced in being system analysis. - Strength in Application Development. - Knowledge in SQL, C#, Java, .NET and/or SAP is advanatage. - Good in communication & presentation, analysis thinking, innovative and self-starter, - Good command of English.
