Knowledge: Knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Knowledge of HR best practices. Knowledge of the FMCG industry. Job Duties: Develop HR strategies: Analyze organizational needs and develop HR strategies and plans. Recruit and select employees: Plan, develop job descriptions, advertise, interview, and select employees. Develop employees: Design and deliver training programs to develop employee potential. Performance management: Conduct performance appraisals, set compensation, and promote employees. Administer benefits: Manage employee benefits and compensation. Build relationships: Build strong relationships with employees, departments, and partners. Comply with regulations: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
