หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Operation and administration of recruitment & selection process - Create job description and posting on job seeker website and maintain job advertising - Conduct in depth and face to face interview with the prospect candidates for final selection process before submitting short listed candidates to the customer. - Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements. - Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements using behavioral interviewing techniques

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related fields. - Experience minimum 1 years in recruitment or IT. - Good interpersonal skill, team player and service minded - Good skill in Ms. Office (word, excel, power point) - Good interpersonal skill, has service mind, can work under pressure, self motivated, good attitude
