Accounting & Finance Officer (ปฏิบัติงานที่ Rugby School - Kaomaikaew - Bang-Lamung, Chonburi)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Responsible for all account receivables and related receive functions. This will include school’s fees invoice preparing and mailing, school trips or school activities. • Coordinate with department on money collections by cash, cheques, credit cards, bill payments or bank transfers also to issue the receipts. • Daily cash reconciliation with bank statements/receipts. • To prepare weekly account receivables status report to management. • To update student numbers with Admission in order to maintain accurate deferred income reconciliation. • Daily update schedule of income by year and by person cross-check invoices against individual students and classes., for having the information ready for daily use and for year-end audit.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, or related field • At least 1-3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable • Knowledge of EXPRESS Accounting software • Good in English communication skills • Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines. • A proactive, flexible, self-disciplined, calm-under-pressure attitude • IT literacy across a range of computer software
