หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• This position is to provide technical services, and maintenance service to sustain existing business and partnering with the Technical Services Support for any technical support to delight our customers. To seek opportunities to expand the business and to support the sales team with technical documents of medical device.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Establish and maintain effective business relationships with existing and prospective customers. Keep customers informed of company technical services, maintenance services, new features in products, product supply situation, etc. Ensure efficient service to customers and handle all customer feedback with good result oriented. Implement approved creative services and techniques to market the company' goods and services to delight the customers Understand program Operations, technical and troubleshoot. Submit Technical reports as per client requirements. Should be comfortable communicating with clients for daily activities, attending to customer queries promptly and help in sustaining current treatment programs. Coordinate with supplier and customers.
