System Integration

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Design and implement integration services for API transactions and event-driven architectures.
• Develop and manage orchestration, routing, transformation, and mediation services.
• Implement synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns (REST, SOAP, MQ, event-driven).
• Coordinate with application teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Provide technical consultation and integration of best practices to project teams.
• Support production issues, service enhancements, and integration optimization.
• Understand business and technical relationships across systems to proactively identify integration risks and optimization opportunities.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor services and integrations for performance, availability, and failures.
• Analyze business and system requirements to define integration solutions and data flows.
• Support deployment, configuration, and versioning of services across environments (DEV/UAT/PRD).
• Develop and enhance automation capabilities across integration delivery, testing, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
• Participate in solution architecture reviews and integration governance boards.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in computer/electrical engineering, or related fields.
• 3–7 years of experience in system integration, middleware, or ESB development.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments is preferred.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and service mindset.
• Ability to respond with urgency and prioritize critical production issues effectively.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex distributed system issues.
• Ability to connect business processes, system dependencies, and cross-platform impacts.
• Quality-oriented mindset with attention to reliability, maintainability, and operational excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement in integration reliability, operational efficiency, and engineering practices.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple integrations.
