IT Service Desk (Onsite)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. On-site service -Provide engineering on-site service according to SLA. -Maintain inventory of IT hardware and software -IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) 2. Reporting -Prepare call log data for manage service report -Maintenance of call log data -Manage and document end user manual 3. Others as assigned by Project Manager/Helpdesk Supervisor *Contract Period : 6 Months (extend) *Working Hour : Mon – Fri 08.00-17.00 *Location: Northern Region Industrial Estate (Lamphun)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Age between 24 - 35 years old -Bachelor Degree of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Computer, or other related -Experience 1-5 years in help-desk or IT support will be advantage - Fair command of written and spoken English -Customer service mind
