หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Learning and understanding about Mall system - Support project launch for UAT testing, Mall Problem support - Support project launch for data cleaning, data mapping and data migration. - Prepare & maintain Training pack and training tools on Mall system process - Train users for mall system process - Support daily job and solve the error case from misunderstanding by end user - Manage log and coordinate with vendor to correct system malfunctions after the project launch - Consult and give guidance to users of the system after the project launch. - Co-ordinate and work with all users on Mall system process (eg. Mall Manager, Leasing team, Operation Team and Accounting etc).
