หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Provide information to customer such as how to use product (Electronics / Camera / PlayStation) • Answer emails and chat with customers from online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, JD Central, Line, FB and Web Chat) • Manage and resolve customer complaints

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's degree • Able to work in shifts and Saturday • At least 1 year of working experience in Contact Center is a plus • Passionate about or interested in electronic products such as digital cameras, TVs, playstations will be plus • Have basic computer skills • Good in English
