• - Internal Performance and External Competitive Capability Analysis > Understanding of key management objectives. > Key insight of the business and customers > SWOT and Other Strategy Analysis - Strategy Design and Formulation > Selected/Shortlisted opportunities / initiatives to both current and beyond current business. > Further detailed analysis of selected opportunities / initiatives e.g. growth, key players, key capabilities etc. > Aggregated financial forecast of selected opportunities/initiatives - Implementation & Execution > Transformation Roadmap > Financial & Operational Project - Research and validate related financial assumptions / projections - Consolidate and create overall financial projection

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - มีประสบการณ์ในองค์กรที่เป็น Traditional Model มาก่อน - มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ ใน digital model หรือปัจจุบันทำงานในส่วนที่สัมพันธ์กับ Digital Business Model ถ้าเป็นกลุ่มงาน Strategy ได้ยิ่งดี - มีประสบการณ์ในเรื่อง Project Management เข้าใจเรื่องของการ Lead Change, Change management ทำงาน cross function ได้ดี
