Logistics Officer (Extend contract 1 year)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Track inbound shipments and update ETA to stakeholder (Logistic, Project procurement, Project manager, Customer care). 2. Check shipping documents i.e. invoice, packing list, FTA Form, etc. and ensure correctness. 3. Preparing and Submitting License through NSW and providing to Customs Brokerage team. 4. Review the accuracy of information on the Customs Entry under Schneider (TH) confirmation & acknowledgement 5. Co-ordinate with warehouses, forwarders and custom brokers for all aspects. 6. Follow up and update POD especially for the original POD for some customers. 7. Completing assigned monthly report timely and accurately. 8. Scan & upload document (Invoice, Packing list, AWB, BL, License, etc.) to box system.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - At Least Bachelor Degree in Business administration, Logistics or related field - Experience 2 years in freight and customs clearance is prefer. - Strong communication skill & good command in English communication – speaking, writing, reading. - Computer literate with basic knowledge of MS Office/Outlook/Others - Be able to work under pressure and in time frame especially the one coming from customer. - Able to work at flexible hours as the job may require.
