หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Requirements: - Age: 18 and above - High School or above on educational qualification - Good communication skills in Thai language - Read, Write and Speak - Fair English - Read and write and can converse fluently - Good typing skill - Having an experience in travel industry would be a plus - New graduates are welcome - Day shift with 5 working days per week

• Responsibilities: - Answering calls and providing product and service information in a professional manner - Responding to any inquiries through email and social media - Handling and resolving any issues during calls and through emails. - Company will provide training related to work assignment
