E-Commerce Manager - Good English (1 Year Contract-Extendable)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Develop and execute strategies to drive online growth and meet targets through brand.com and marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada and JD), seek opportunity to grow in other online channels -Plan quarterly sell out revenue forecast and maintain SKU planogram identifying run rate and long tail SKUs -Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders (marketing team, category specialist, platform account managers, etc) to expand our online growth -Own new product NPIs sell-in and throughout product life cycle (item setup, sell-thru, forecasting, pricing, in-stock, pricing, EOL) -Strong expertise in Online merchandizing using heatmaps GA analysis to ensure right product assortment is well displayed on brand.com to drive sales -Lead in campaign planning and target setting in all online channels, plan demand gen investment for all online campaigns regularly -Ensure operational excellence through close collaboration with operations team and online partner to maintain in-stock status on-site, optimize new fulfillment opportunities, plan for peak campaign periods, and improve/eliminate chargebacks. -Own brand integrity online, monitoring and enforcing policies across retailers. -Maintain a current knowledge of industry trends, opportunities, channels, products, and competitors to be seen as a trusted business advisor to accounts

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a business-related field -3 to 5 years experience in Ecommerce or digital marketing field -Excellent English and Thai written and oral communication skills -Strong interpersonal skills with high EQ in managing multiple stakeholders -Strong project management skills and highly attention to detail -Strong business acumen -Comfortable with numbers -Able to manage multiple timelines and cross-functional teams with excellence in execution and strong attention to details. -Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of independence. -The ability to work well with our internal and external stakeholders to reach targets and deliverables -Excellent time management practices, comfortable with a rapid pace.
